The Challenge
- Soybeans at 5 tons per hour at a temperature of 80 °C cause leaking Y-pieces after 3 months of production.
- This disrupts production and contaminates the installation.
The Solution
- The application of a specific wear-resistant Durallco® coating significantly increases the service life of the Y-piece.
- At the moment, 6 times the original service life. The upgrade with the Uptimise Preleak Detection System guarantees leak-free production.
